Highest rice production in 1 hectare

"Mr. Sumant Singh" is a farmer in Darveshpura village of Nalanda district in Bihar state, India. He produced 22.4 tonnes of rice in 1 hectare making a world record. Earlier this record was made by famous Chinese scientist "Mr. Yuan Longping" who is also known as father of rice. He produced 19.4 tonnes of rice in 1 hectare. But Mr. Sumant Singh broke all records earlier made by International rice research organisations funded by world bank, various companies of USA and Europe etc.
ABC, BBC,Guardian and various media houses have congratulated Mr. Sumant Singh on his extraordinary achievement.
